Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements and payment.
Invitation letter for visa application: All delegates requiring a letter of invitation for visa application purposes may request this letter by sending an email to <gratitudeproject@christuniversity.in> on or before 20 April 2026 (please mention email heading as- Visa Letter Request). We will not be able to issue any letter of invitation without receiving the registration and the payment of the required registration fees. Please note that the organisers will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a delegate. Our international office recommends you to apply for a business or tourist visa. Conference visas may have challenges in getting processed.

A large share of the hotel facilities are within walking distance and are therefore easily accessible from the conference venue. Those not within walking distance are well-linked to the venue through continuously available and affordable means of transport.
