The registration link will be open from 1 April 2026. Please refer to the table below for details of the registration category. The registration fee would include a conference kit/bag, writing materials, schedule, lunch and refreshments on all three conference days.

Notice on Waivers
We are open to providing waivers or subsidised rates to a select few presentations. If you would like to consider this option, kindly complete the form. Please note that filling out the form does not guarantee the granting of subsidised rates or waivers. There are limited seats for this option.

Conference Terms and Conditions
Registration is compulsory for any person attending the conference.
There will be NO option for ON-THE-SPOT registration.
All the registration fees are inclusive of all taxes.
All registrations are regarded as complete only after having made the full payment before the Conference.
Only authors who have completed registration for the conference will be eligible for certificates. The accompanying persons can also attend the conference sessions, but will not receive a certificate and conference kit.
The registration fee includes the conference materials (folder, official program and pen), lunches on all 3 conference days, and two coffee breaks each day.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
The registration fee is NOT refundable.
If you are unable to attend the conference, we welcome substitute delegates at no extra cost. Kindly ensure that you provide at least two weeks' notice, with the name and affiliation of the proposed substitute and proof of payment.
Accommodation and Meals
All registered individuals (including accompanying persons) are entitled to lunches and coffee breaks provided during the conference.
The registration fee does not include accommodation. Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
Consent to use photographic, video and audio recordings
University’s official photographers will be taking photographs, recording video, or making audio recordings during the Conference. These will be used for Conference purposes only, including promotional activities, in both print and electronic formats on the website and social media accounts.
